The drain in the basement was backing up and I called 1st Choice on a Monday morning. Dan called within a couple of hours. He then came out the same day and fixed the problem!! I'm very pleased. Dan was extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything before and after.

Andy responded right away to my request. He came out the next day and assessed the situation . He kept me informed and updated through the whole process of clearing the main sewer line at my 90 year old mothers home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and it's gratifying to know that are still some contractors out there that just aren't looking to take advantage of our seniors. I now have a plumber to call whenever I need one. !!!

Had a pilot light that was not working on my water heater. My water heater is old but Jamie was able to find a part to fix it. He explained all my options and did an awesome job quickly!! Would not hesitate to have him back to install a new water heater if it ever comes to that!!

I called Roto Rooter to replace my leaky bathroom faucet. They scheduled me an appointment within a 2 hour window the same day.The nice gentleman that arrived was named Warren and he did an excellent job switching out my faucet. Timely, no mess . Everything was great. I highly recommend Roto Rooter.

Same day service is the best. I called 1st thing Monday morning, got a quick return call and they were able to come out same day to fix the issue in our bathroom.
