Highly recommend Killeen Plumbing! Randy and his associate came to work on my mom's sanitary sewer pipe from the house. Even though the utility company did not have accurate records of the location and marked the wrong spot, they did not give up and located a 70 year old cleanout, and worked on clearing tree roots that had the line almost completely blocked. Our entire experience was positive and impressive! When the day ran long, even the business owner came out to relieve one of the plumbers. Very professional company that I will gladly call again!

Chris helped in the past when a gas leak was discovered at my father’s home. I was impressed with the quality of his work so, when I found water leaking from my garage disposal I gave him a call. He responded the same day and scheduled a time to come out and repair it. He ensured everything was dry and working properly before leaving.

It cost $89 to have someone come out. The first red flag was the receptionist wouldn't let me spell my rather complicated last name. I never received the email confirmation promised (maybe you should have listened when I spelled my name). The plumber who came out didn't listen to the extent of the issues, I'm an Architect I know what I'm talking about. Then I got a quote of $300 for 6 for pipe and a gasket. JUST NO!

Mike Bemer & his apprentice were personable, very competent, showed up on time and very willing to answer questions - that they were not being paid for. Installation and repair took less time than predicted and came in at 2/3 their estimated cost. Bemer is a family firm we have used previously - eight years ago. They still do excellent work.

Wilfred over at Alert Pioneer plumbing was very professional and honest with me from the start. He helped me fix some corroded piping in my basement and was able to complete the work in a couple of days. Definitely recommend!
