We had a bathroom sink that was driving us crazy. We were worried that we might be looking at some serious expense. Kamran was able to come take a look that day with very little notice. He was on time and got the job done at the promised price, despite it being significantly more work than anticipated. He was extremely pleasant and was happy to explain everything that was going on. I'm so glad I chose to call him and his company. This is the only plumber I'll be working.

I called, they answered! They delivered a brand new energy efficient hot water tank within 24 hours. The receptionist had no issues answering all of my questions and easing my mind about the entire process. The plumber that came out wore a mask, explained what he needed to do, and got it done within two hours with no mess. Great company!

Plumber really made an effort to explain the root cause of the problem (how the hot water tank leaked onto the floor of the laundry room).

Additionally, suggested improvements on wash sink re-installation which partially blocked easy access to water tank.

These explanations really helped in saving the costs of searching for additional water leaks in the wall and made wash sink re-installation by owner much easier and neater. Considering how expensive Replacement and Installation of water tank was, these savings were significant.

I will have no reservations about doing business with ARS/Rescue Rooter again.

My water shut off valve was soldered in the open position and needed to be replaced. I called Plumbing tech and Justin came out to replace the valve and my deck and garage valves for my faucets. Everything went perfect that day as when Justin arrived, the water dept came to shut off the water at the curb for Justin to complete the work. I want to thank Justin for his knowledge and a job well done!!!!

He was truly honest and even gave some pointers/tips as well for maintenance. His work was extremely neat.. and he provided fast and efficient service at a very reasonable price. I am so glad I came across his information and we will only be using him for any future needs.

Had a problem with putting a shower handle back on after taking it off to clean it. I called Home Depot who referred me to Plunger Plumber. Plunger Plumber called this morning at 8:15AM and they were able to come out at 1030AM. Lance helped with the situation, explaining what happened. Lance also checked and suggested the cartridge get replaced also since the handle was hard to turn. I did this also. Lance was very easy to get along with and worked quickly to get the work done. Having a plumber out is always an expense since you have to consider the trip charge, diagonistics ,parts and labor charge. When told of the price I didn't think it was out of line in any way. Due to the fact that the company was so prompt, so respectful and did the job efficiently I would recommend them to others and will use them again in the future for my plumbing needs.
