I'm so excited by to share...as a disabled person ease of showering is important. I was avoiding the shower because the faucet would fall off the wall. Called 1st Choice and they came out the next day and in no time at all and didn't break my budget fixed me up. Now I'm back to taking a shower on my own without worry of the faucet falling off the wall. Thank you Dan an 1st Choice .....Awesome Job

Had them come in for a leak. We were charged over 200.00 and 3 months later we had the same leak reoccurrence so we called and talked to someone and they said they would have the technician call us back, no one called back so we had to call someone else and the water line was put in incorrect. We also had to turn off the main line because the shut off valve he put in didn’t work! Will never recommend or use them ever again!

STOP! Do not call unless you are willing to pay $1000 (Labor Only) to get a garbage disposal installed! Or maybe they will just not find time to call you back after giving you such and outrageous quote to justify. Mind boggling.

Rude customer service over the phone . Not helpful at all.

The guy who cleaned the drain did a great job. Was very respectful . The only thing I had an issue with, was his laptop he used to finish the transaction.
I could barely see in it .

They came out to for a tune-up and discovered the heat sensor wasn’t running correctly. They were able to clean it up and get it running properly while the part is on order. Always top notch service.

These guys are awesome. What was thought to be a simple toilet repair turned into a few hour job.
