This company refused to provide a quote over the phone. However, they produced a standardized price complete with a task number and boilerplate description within minutes of walking through the door. Subsequently, I was charged $500 for a 50 minute installation of a single faucet which did not require the use of specialized tools or additional materials. I will never use this company again.

This company was amazing to work with! Highly recommend to anyone who rents they worked very closely with our landlord to make sure we weren’t having to pay for anything that wasn’t our fault. Very professional and easy to get a hold of. 10/10!

Tried to schedule an estimate to have work done. The main office is very good to work with. They scheduled an estimate window between 8 am and 9 am and called the night before to confirm. However the individual did not arrive during the designated window. I called the office to inform them that I needed to cancel the appointment - I could not wait past 9 a.m. The individual eventually showed up at 9:30 a.m. - I was already gone by that point. Office personnel were very helpful and polite - but never got a chance to experience their work.

Very friendly and knowledgeable but found new hot water tank at a better price.
