REAL plumber!!, not a guy who does plumbing

Under contract since March and still no bathroom! We were told start May, June install. It's July and still no contact or start of a bathroom!
I could have been collecting interest on my 6000.00 If you can't deliver, than I want my down payment back, PLEASE!!! SO NOT HAPPY

Very prompt response when I contacted him about an issue with my shower. Were moving in this upcoming weekend and he was more than happy to fit me in even on short notice. Very honest and down to earth. Was a bit of a pain to get the faucet fixed but he got it done in great time and very a VERY reasonable price. As a new homeowner im glad to of found a local business to support who is honest and fair. Will be calling for any plumbing issues or updates I may have in the future.

Joe Conway and Corey came to my office to help scope my drains. They were able to help engineer a fix which worked flawlessly! We really appreciated their help and highly recommend them.

Even on Saturday they came in less than an hour and they handled the drain problem professionally. Very satisfied with their service and their friendliness.

DISHONEST AND OVERPRICED

We were sent a plumber from AAA plumbing by our 2-10 homebuyers warranty after our basement flooded. A plumber came out to try to diagnose the problem.

The plumber was clearly rushing our appointment. He didn't want to be there and that was apparent. He didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. Instead he poked his head a few places, stayed no longer than 5 minutes, told me the problem, and wrote me a quote for nearly $1000 to snake out our storm drain.

I was charged $100 for just a few minutes of his time and he was entirely unhelpful.

He should have told me to have the city come out and snake their side of the storm and sewer system as this solves 50% of the drain backups in our area. Also, it shouldn't cost more than $200 to snake out a storm drain. I was given many many more affordable quotes from other plumbers. It's easy work. Luckily we were able to solve our problems without AAA.

I have called twice in a 11 day stand leaving voicemail's both times providing a contact number I never heard back it is a horrible way to do business

Brian has so helpful and really did a great job and got the job done so quickly I thought I needed more work done then I needed and Brian explained to me that it was just a simple fix and saved me soo much money!
