I searched around for weeks to try and find the best company that fit my needs best and was able to work with me around my busy work schedule and decided to call NEO HVAC, My call was answered immediately! The receptionist was very nice and professional and told me she would have someone contact me as soon as possible, I got a call back from Brian within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and made sure I was fully aware and understood the whole process. we set an appointment for him to come out and check out the issues and he was very upfront and honest with me and actually saved me money. I got a few other quotes and was told by other companies that I need way more work done than I actually needed. Brian made sure I understood the whole process and got it done in a very quick and reasonable time and I've had no problems since! I will forsure be calling this company again for any work I may need done in the future. Thank you so much for doing exactly what I needed with out charging an arm and leg. I am very satisfied! Straight to the point

Terrible experience. Tech came out and did not have a snake. Do u believe that. Told me to clean out a drain myself. Tech did use camera and charged so much money. Tried calling Tom numerous times, but he never returned calls.
