Best Battery Backup in Cleveland OH

Awesome work and workers cleaned up everything very neatly......would highly recommend to a friend! We have tried to get them to come back 3 times now to explain the cleanout valve since 8 months ago and no one has showed up it's not very good customer service

My expectations were surpassed at every level.

First time homeowner and had our pipes backing water up into our bathroom. Called and they were very nice and got us on the schedule right away. Came out that day for free consultation. Larry was the gentleman that worked with us and he was very nice, upfront about all information, and quoted me the price before scheduling any work. He came back the next day and I felt he went above and beyond to make sure we were fixed and taken care of. The price paid was what we were quoted, no surprise charges or costs. Overall a great experience, and I would use their services again if needed.

Matthew was great from the minute he showed up. He explained what he was going to do and why and when he ran into some unexpected challenges while cleaning out the drain, he called his supervisor (Ben) and they devised a new plan. The work took much longer than they expected but they did a great job and resolved all the problems. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them for any plumbing problem. Thanks guys!!!

My neighbor recommended Parma Plumbing after they did some work over at her house. I called them to install a new 50 gallon high efficiency hot water heater for me. Right off the bat they juggled some appointments around to fit me in that day, they had the old tank removed, the new one installed and fired up in less than 2 hrs.
