Approved Plumbing is our plumbing service provider for all projects in our home. We have had them complete the following projects (not listed in any partucular order): 1) snake our main when our basement flooded during a particularly heavy rain storm, 2) repair our sanitary stack when the cast iron cracked, 3) install new plumbing in a half bath, install new plumbing in our kitchen reno, 4) remove old plumbing in our main bath bathroom and install and reroute all lines for our new bathroom design (this included moving a toilet 10' from where it originally was installed).

Every time Approved comes, we see familiar faces that are professional, patient, and on time. They work efficiently and have partnered with us and other service professionals during our more complex projects, coming back different days as each part of the project comes together at different times. The most recent project was completed during Covid and the team was very conscientious by adhering to social distancing and using personal protection equipment. I had the pleasure of seeing Both Russ & JB today when they finished our tub drain alignment for our main bathroom renovation. Laura & Sharon in the office are helpful in scheduling, rescheduling, answering questions, connecting us to answers, and billing. I hired Fred to come out and inspect a property I was hoping to purchase. He put a camera down the exterior drains and discovered some serious issues with the underground drainage. He was very professional and even pointed out some things to the realtor. I would 100% hire him again.

We discovered a problem with a clogged and broken sewer line beneath a meticulously finished law library in a 100 + year old building on the square in Chardon, OH. Plunger Plumber came to our rescue by repairing and lining this damaged sewer line remotely from the basement of the building. Absolutely no damage was done to any part of the building and tenants experienced minimal interruption or inconvenience.
