Killeen is awesome! Andy made his way to the property super fast and was very nice and professional. I had called asking for help with an issue with one of my tenants sinks and killeen was able to fit me into an already booked schedule which literally was a life saver. After the work had been finished i started talking to Andy about the company I decided I would most definately be using their services on my rental units and own home in the future. I am extremely thankful for Killeen plumbing! Not only great rates and quality work but also some very nice people and a pleasure to deal with on the phone.

VIP Plumbing installed an on demand water heater for us. They explained the advantages and disadvantages of each brand. All of the staff was polite, friendly, and professional. The crew worked hard all day installing the unit. When they were finished, the work area was left clean.

Great service! I use them mostly for my office, for the occasional leaky pipe and such, and they're always fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I also appreciate that they're willing to come out to the East Side.

I did need to call them for an issue I was having in my home once. Our kitchen sink wasn't draining, and the clog wasn't in the immediate plumbing under the sink (I had already checked). Turns out the clog was in the main that runs from the kitchen through the basement into the ground. The pipe itself was very old and rusted, and the plumber was able to remove the old pipe, install a new one, and re-cement it in to the basement floor - all that same night he was called out. I believe the charge to my landlord was only a couple hundred dollars, which seemed really low considering the amount of work that was involved and the speed with which is was completed :-)

Welll.. I called them. They set a time. I called them again less then an hour before they were supposed to arrive to my house. I already went out of work to meet with them. Only then, he told me that they won't be able to come that day. After few hours he called again (when was driving kids around) and told me that he can come... seriously??

Very professional and thorough. Provided video and explained it for backyard storm drain. Prior to this service, a pond formed in the backyard every time it rained. Also shared preventative measures to keep drain clear. One and a half years later no more pond!!!
