We had routine service on two furnaces this year, as well as past maintenance visits and service on our 19 year old units. We bought 2 AC units from Quality Comfort about 3 years ago as well. Hensley plumbing is my new go-to plumbing company after using another company for years. When I called due to a failed water heater, I had a quote right away for a fair price where another big name company wanted to charge 2x the price. Derek was able to come out the next day whereas the company I used all the time couldn’t get to me for 3 days. I also used Hensley Plumbing for installation of a back up sump pump and toilet repair. Professional, on time, and fair priced every single time.

Clogged sewer drains no more! Not after this great visit! The technician freed up 4 storm drains that are now working like a charm. Mark was instructive, happy to explain the process and tools used, was personable despite having to tolerate mud and pools of water. Was not cheap, but few really good services are cheap. Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Unbelievable service

I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

I used a home warranty and the warranty company screwed up and didn't send in a work order but the plumber was very responsive. He did a tremendous job and I would recommend him to anyone. Please use his company. He is very good.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
