My laundry room sink drain broke and my washer drained into so I wasn’t able to use my washer. Jake came out, fixed the drain on the sink and also recommended putting a new drain in only for my washer. He was here only about an hour to do both. I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.

Stay away from this guy! Called at 5:00 said he would be an hour 7:45 finally called him and didn't even care he lost the job!
