Just dont buy your own part and pay for them to help you with it. George put in a new cartridge(which we purchased on our own). Paid him $145 to help with the difficult removal of the old cartridge(you know how simple jobs are rarely simple). Initially the leaky faucet seemed fixed after he put in the new one until we tried to take a shower and had no hot water pressure. Called him back out and after he fooled with it for a minute, said that the new cartridge was bad and it would cost atleast another $145 plus cost of him purchasing a new part for him to remedy the problem. Had he told us this from the get go, we would've returned the already purchased cartridge and let him buy his own. Now we're back to square one snd

She will come back as soon as possible no later than October this year she was very thorough and educating me explained every facet and every question I had. Thoroughly and made it so that I could understand her. I feel better now because she opened up my great which was painted shut she had no problem and that really calmed my fears about the Great being solidly painted closed. Steve is a miracle worker. I've had 3 other companies out for a clogged bathroom sink, none of which could do anything or were not willing to keep at it. 45 minutes here and he had my old galvanized pipe opened up again. A big name company wasn't so Jolly to work with and wanted to charge me $2300 or more to replace the line. Steve also gave me the name of another plumbing company if I wanted to replace the line that is reasonable with their rates. Thanks again Steve and Rebisso plumbing!!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Terrell is a master of his craft and obviously takes pride in his work. Wish my family could have worked with him, but Choice Home Warranty is terrible.
