I had unexpected Sewage coming up from an abandoned downspout hole that someone years ago attempted to repair with a concrete patch. It was a mess I was experiencing so much anxiety. I called Roto Rooter out to get an estimate for my insurance but I couldn't explain the situation well enough so Ben came back out and scoped the line and wrote up an estimate. State Farm my insurance company did not add the line coverage so I ended up working with Ben to resolve my anxiety and he was so professional and so understanding he went above and beyond to take care of everything I had to have another drain unclothed today and he sent out Jonathan, and again above and beyond. This service was initially an emergency and this company was A+ 100% effective the entire time. I'm sure I was a bit annoying to these professionals due the stress and anxiety but these guys stayed professional and courteous. Thanks for working this through to the end. Ben thanks so much! Ron went above and beyond to help us when our outdoor spicket froze, causing the pipe to crack. He was very quick to respond and did an excellent job!

I cannot say enough good about these people. They repaired the sewer line in our front yard after it was damaged by another contractor doing another job. They dug a 12 foot trench to make the repair. The team was polite, respectful, responsive, and delivered all promised services. As they completed the project, they helped me by moving some objects that they were not required to do. Ryan led the team and Matt was one of the workers. They patiently answered any questions I had and explained much of what I needed to know without my asking. The cleanup met my expectations. I would use MarkCo again without hesitation.

Getz tackled our broken sewer line. Justin provided excellent communication, showed up on time and gave us a very competitive price. He provided 5 options to choose from. We are very pleased with the services provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We have called them out on multiple occasions for simple repairs, a master shower demo & install and even emergency services. Ethan especially is great to work with. We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

Recently, I enlisted Roto-Rooter's services to clear clogged pipes in my kitchen and laundry room, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Adding to my disappointment, the plumber initially claimed they couldn't access the roof to clear the four pipes, despite another company doing so successfully six years ago. He even said that would have been faster and had a better result. However, the plumber later contradicted himself, mentioning they could access the roof with a harness, but a shortage within their company prevented its use. This raised concerns about safety protocols and organizational efficiency. I reached out to the manager, who confirmed their plumbers weren't permitted on roofs but admitted they could access commercial roofs. The next day after water started seeping through the floor after running the dishwasher. I called our appliance repair man and he showed us the water was not coming from the dishwasher or from under the sink. The dishwasher wasn't the cause, and as the issue emerged after Roto-Rooter's work, I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repairman who denied responsibility and claimed we had bad pipes, despite PVC replacements of all our pipes a few years ago. When I requested a camera inspection, he wanted to charge me. Later, the manager, Ross Musa, called and repeated the same, but in a rude and arrogant manner. The high price of $480 to snake a pipe where the avreage charge in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is $75-$125 for minimal work, along with conflicting information from the plumber and manager regarding roof accessibility and safety gear, left a negative impression. The damages they caused, including the pipe they broke with the snake and subsequent water leakage, only added to my frustration. As a business consultant for 52 years, I strongly advise thorough research and exploring alternative options before considering Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs. I would like them to fix the pipe they broke or prove i have bad pipes and refund my $480.000.

They the same tech to take a look at my problem.The technician who arrived at my house turned out to be the very same person who had caused the initial problem. It was a frustrating and unexpected coincidence. When he showed up, he casually asked if I had called Roto Rooter, to which I replied, questioning who had sent him. Seemingly uninterested, he began to head back to his truck.
Once he finally came in to inspect the issue, he confidently stated that my kitchen floor was not leaking. However, he insisted that he turn the water on to properly assess the situation. He poured 15 gallons of water down the sink he said. Still, he maintained that there was no sign of a leak, assuring me the problem was resolved.And than the water coming up through the floor .
I asked him if it was possible for a plumber's snake to crack a PVC pipe. He admitted that it was indeed possible. He insisted that the only way to determine the exact location of the leak was by running a camera through the pipe. I agreed, thinking it would finally put an end to the uncertainty surrounding the situation.
However, much to my surprise, he then informed me that running the camera would come with an additional charge. I couldn't believe it –
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident with Roto Rooter. Numerous complaints had been filed against them for breaking pipes with their plumber's snakes.
Dealing with this situation had left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the service industry and Roto Rooter.

We now have water leaking under the floor it will not dry up even after using a shop vac.

I would like my money back $480.00

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
