Absolutely the best in Cincinnati! We called multiple companies to address a drainage issue on our front walk. Others were either non responsive, had unreasonable solutions, or just had no clue what they were doing. Brent was upfront and responsive, said he absolutely could fix the problem and was wonderful to work with. We could tell immediately he knows what he’s doing. Our formerly flooded front walk is now dry as a bone. They are honest, family owned, experienced, and do impeccable work. They are very busy because they are the best. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business!

I needed all my pipes in my basement replaced due to it being all old and Corroded. They was easy to work with and it cost about 1,850 dollars to have all thos pipes removed and replaced so i think that was pretty good. My water pressure is way better now and i wont have to worry about them busting so I'm really happy about that. The plumber they sent was also very friendly and professional so thats nice.

DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

I was told it would be a week to come out and fix a leaking pipe. Unacceptable. I called Rods Home Service and he came out the same day. Fixed it in about 15 minutes.

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
