Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

From the very first encounter, all the way through to finalizing payments, the team was courteous and professional. I felt well informed and the job was completed in just over a day, despite needing to excavate and replace concrete along with the sewage line repair. The price was more affordable than their competitors who gave us a quote, and the accounting department was helpful and coordinated with our title company who was facilitating payment. Just moved into this house a couple years ago and I knew we would have issues with 60-year old plumbing. I've used inexpensive plumbers before who said they would limit the work they could do. Then another plumber who left me a big clean up after installing a new shower. Jolly has been fabulous! Clean, polite, on time and the price is fair while the work was complete and done right. First fixed a leak in the new shower drain. Two weeks later, they came back and fixed my bathroom sinks that were clogging every few months, replacing a lot of drainage pipes on their last leg. And again, they clean up EVERYTHING.

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and respectful service! Definitely will use again!

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

We had 2 other local plumbing companies come out and inspect a backed up sink and a boiler issue. In both cases they recommended costly repair and replacement. Bathroom sink was quoted at $3500 and boiler replacement about $7000. Decided to call Beresford since they originally serviced the boiler when our Grandmother lived in the house some 25 years ago. Beresford came out and got the boiler working in 5 minutes and unclogged the sink in another 5 minutes. Total cost....less than than the cost for dinner and a movie!!!! Highly recommend you call Beresford before you get any HELP from another company.

Called Perry Kelly Plumbing for residential repair work (as their street sign indicates they do as do their google reviews) and was told they only work new construction installation. The only reason for the one-star review is so that no one else wastes their time calling them for repair work.

I seriously cannot believe this company is sent out to do work. Warranty company sends them out, technician is never on time, never responds to messages or calls, needs to order parts for job but won't tell you what they need. Working on a lawsuit against this company and warranty company at the moment because this is laughable and a total scam

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
