This was the third service call that I’ve had from Niemann and they have exceeded my expectations every time. Two of the calls were for difficult repairs but John was able to expertly fix the issue in each case. He is very professional and more importantly does a fantastic job. Niemann has a customer for life.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

Mike was friendly, respectful and very hardworking. Shared knowledge about his job. He used a jack hammer in my basement to remove partial old cast iron pipes under my finished basement slab, and re routed to a properly working drain. Then filled hole with pea gravel and poured new concrete.

The plumbers showed up on time. The equipment was delivered just minutes before the plumbers arrived. They worked study and accomplished a lot. The operator on the mini backhoe was very good. He worked in tight corners with no incident. Both men were professional with all their work. They found and repaired an underground broken main water line.Thanks again for good service.

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

I called at 8:00 am about a leak we had. They were there at 10:00 and done and everything fixed by 12:00. I really liked that they gave me an estimate and options prior to starting the job. Once they finished they went over everything with me. What really impressed me is that he realized water potential got into the wiring of the water heater and if left sitting could have damaged or shorted it out. He opened that to verify and so I could get it dried out.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
