Best Repairs And Replacements in Cincinnati OH

Very nice and professional plumbers ( I met two) with good customer service and modern tools (emails with pics of plumbers). In my experience the job required a follow up visit to meet Duke Energy's requirements for replacing a hot water heater gas line. It all took place in one day. I feel they are very expensive though. Our job took maybe 90 mins and cost over $800.

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

These are our go to plumbers. In the past 3 years they've installed our gas fireplace, replaced our hot water heater, and done other minor plumbing work. They have always been on time, quick, kind, and perform great work. During the installation of our hot water heater they told us that some items initially quoted were not needed and lowered our final bill. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will continue using them in the future.
