The technician (Kevin) was great and I would give him 5 stars. He arrived on time, very professional, knowledgeable and was quick to detect that the capacitor burnt out. The reason I am giving 1 star, that goes to the company, is because how much they charged me for the part. A capacitor costs merely $20 or less (which I was unaware at that time) and they charged me $240 for it (on top of a hefty $94 service fee). I can make peace by paying double, even triple the price of a part because of the convenience, but not 12 times more. Very disappointed by this ripoff.

Ryan & Carl were amazing! They were able to remove a broken water heater through a very, very small space & install a new one on a SUNDAY. They were polite, kind, & very professional Plus everything was completely cleaned up! I highly recommend them!

Leslie did a great job. I had a main drain that was clogged and had called a couple of different places on Saturday. One didn't show up and the other said they didn't have any appointments available. Roto-Rooter said they would be out in a few hours. They kept me updated when their person would get there. I had a very difficult clog and Leslie never gave up on it until it was cleared.

We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
