This company has done every kind of utility work possible on my 180 year old home. They are far superior with quality and knowledge than your basic contractor. Most of all they are honest!

Great work, but beware Nieman is pricey compared to other plumbing outlets. I paid $245 for about 20 minutes work. There is the obligatory service call fee plus ONE-HOUR MINIMUM ($135) which jacks up a small, very easy job to an expensive one. But, no complaints as the work was fast and professional. I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

Had a great experience this morning. Tyler and his partner came out to give me a quote on a new water heater and were able to install same day. My home is challenging— the water heater is up two flights of stairs (one of which is spiral) and tucked in a small closet. The techs had a great attitude about the challenges and still completed the job efficiently. They were also conscientious about keeping my home clean, which is appreciated. Highly recommend based on my experience.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!

Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

We recently purchased a home and had some things that had fallen into disrepair over the years prior to us purchasing it. I initially called Nixco prior to Labor Day Weekend to set up for a small list of items to address the following Tuesday, (I had found Nixco through a Google search and was amazed by their reviews) After the weekend the list of repairs had grown and Nixco was incredibly flexible in making sure everything I had that needed repair got accomplished even though there were more than I originally informed them of. The service tech Todd and his counterpart were very helpful, understanding and knowledgeable. I told them before they left that if I have any other Plumbing needs I will contact Nixco and I will reccommend them to others who ask as well.

I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.
