Best Plumbing Issues in Cincinnati OH

I asked them to fix a leak, they first charged $350 said they will get it fixed, after the tech left the part its still leaking, I called them but they said I need to pay $1500 extra to get the tech to come back and fix the leak, if I don't pay that they will still charge me $350 for fixing nothing, then they threaten me if I don't pay the $350 they will send their debt collection on my way. (Later on I got another quote for fixing/replacing the part for only cost around $500)
Avoid this scam company at all cost

This was my first time using this company and was a little nervous not knowing anyone who has ever used them. They send us Joe to my sons rental property and he is the absolute best!! They should have him training people!! Joe was great and very personable!! He was upfront and honest about everything, explained that if it was him home what he would do, he wasn’t there to just make a dollar which I love! I drive a jeep and he stated his wife does as well so of course I had to give him a duck for his wife (jeep thing) anyway Joe deserves a pat on the back and should be the face of your company!! ( money is good too😉)

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

We’re very friendly and showed me what was wrong with the drain. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and came when they said they would. Would gladly call them again.

I was recommended to 24 HR Emergency Plumber Cincinnati Inc by some neighbors in my community. When I had an emergency, I called in for a toilet repair and they were able to diagnose the issue, give me an estimate, and fix the toilet in one day. WOW, THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL.

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

The price is fair and Anthony had our clogged kitchen sink fixed in about a half hour. He was friendly & explained all his work. The sink works fine now & the impairment is resolved. Thanks man, I'll call you again if we have a plumbing issue.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Do not hire this plumber. He is a scumbag for the way he swindled our family out of money. He fixed a leak in a sewer main, for it to break 17 months later. When hearing this news Al told me how busy he was and he would not be able to take a look at it for a month. You work is failing 17 months after completion and you do not want to look at it for 30 days? Worse part, this is not his problem according to him. It was only his problem for 12 months after his work. If you want to hire a plumber that is going to not care about his job 12 months and 1 day after he completes it, this is your guy. Or you agree that only a scumbag would complete a job and 17 months later wessle his way out of even looking at the work. Unbelievable he is even able to be a plumber.

We had a major pipe burst in our bathroom which flooded our bathroom. G&R Plumbing came out at the time they said, and fixed it in 30 mins. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
