Best Plumbing Equipment in Cincinnati OH

After receiving a fairly outrageous quote from another company, I contacted Best. They were able to get someone out to see me same day, the plumber was friendly, quoted me quickly, and finished the job with zero issues. Would (and will) use again if the need arises.

Edit: My home warranty company assigned a different company to replace my broken water heater. Over 2 weeks of runaround and little communication from the other company, my warranty company allowed me to use a company of my choosing. After my last experience with Best they were my first call.

They made it out the next day, replaced the water heater the same visit, and even gave me a discount for the issues that arrived from my warranty company and the other plumbing company (even though Best had nothing to do with that mess).

Needless to say, after my last 2 experiences, I am fairly certain I have found my plumbing company for the foreseeable future.

Maurice was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Unclogged my sink drain, cleaned up the mess, and was careful bringing equipment into the house, making sure not to scratch up the floors. Appreciated the additional protocols in place for COVID-19. Was truthful with the price quote he originally gave me, and even honored a coupon I found on the website. I very much appreciate the help and would definitely recommend.

Brandt is personable, professional, and very good at what he does! We had an intense leak beneath our basement floor and based on his outstanding Google reviews, we called Reliable Leak Detection. Brandt located the leak and said that he didn't want to verify it by drilling because he thought the leak was spraying directly up towards the slab and if he drilled, we would have an extremely flooded basement. The plumber is here today. They jack hammered through the slab and found the leak exactly where Brandt said it would be AND it was spraying directly up, as he predicted. (See attached photo - the blue tape on the baseboard is where Brandt marked the location of the leak. Thank you, Brandt! :) PS: Bobby says hello and thanks for the pets!

Great job by plumbers who will gladly answer your questions. And, stand behind their work. Pricing is very reasonable for licensed, bonded plumbers. I'm hiring them to do more work in my home.

My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. I'm happy with the service that I have received they did a great job on the install. They did it right like it's supposed to be would recommend them to any one thanks again best plumbing

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. He worked extremely hard and we’re thankful for him!

Terrell is a master of his craft and obviously takes pride in his work. Wish my family could have worked with him, but Choice Home Warranty is terrible.

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
