Had a kitchen sink clog, called 3 other plumbers first [my mistake], all had 4 days to 2 weeks before someone could come out. Called Halpin and they shared they'd find a technician that was free and come ASAP. AJ Humphrey was at my door 20 minutes later. Very professional, friendly and worked quickly to clear the drain. We hired them to rebuild a Kohler mixing and diverter valve after another company in town failed to fix our issue the first time. Tech arrived on time and was very professional. Parts had to be ordered as both Kohler products were about a decade old and not standard. Good communication throughout the process. The tech clearly cared about fixing it right and I thought the cost was reasonable.
