Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

First, Traci was so nice, helpful, professional and funny. Second Chis called to tell me he was close. Also, I Had explicit instructions about the covering of his feet, Chis was sooo cool about it and I truly appreciated that. I asked quite a few questions throughout the job and he patiently answered them all. Fantastic company. Dispatched first crew within hours of my initial call. Upon arrival I was informed I needed to get my utilities involved due to a new gas line that was recently installed. After getting Duke out here same day, I called Jolly back late afternoon and they sent out 2nd crew. Same day. These guys were polite, professional, and prompt with their service. Not the cheapest, but I've learned that you get what you pay for. I'll recommend Jolly from this point on! Nice job all!!! Thanks again from a very satisfied customer.

I had a customer with an emergency pipe burst late Saturday afternoon called Charles the owner, left him a voice mail. He responded back and called within minutes to get the details. This is a caring professional that also takes care of any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Terrell is a master of his craft and obviously takes pride in his work. Wish my family could have worked with him, but Choice Home Warranty is terrible.

Sam and his team are the best plumbers you can get. They even fixed what a different plumber messed up in our old home. We have had him do multiple jobs and they always do a great job for a fair price.
