Best New Furnace in Cincinnati OH

Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

So this original review was submitted to Thomas and Galbraith's (T&G) exceptional customer service and work from their technicians who serviced my HVAC system previously.I want to extend the original 5-star review to their sales and installation associates. I called to get a quote last week and DJ came out to provide a couple quotes I was requesting. I think an unofficial slogan for T&G should be We've got your back as I was looking to replace my 20 year old furnace. Throughout the review of my system DJ was open and honest about my situation and about things to come in the HVAC industry. I believe he understood my position and was able to direct me to the right choice without being pushy or anxious to make the sale. Again that was last week.Today, my furnace was installed by Bryson and Ed. Even though they were here to install the new furnace, they took their time and cleaned their work area. They were neat, professional, courteous, and approachable. The T&G associates from those who answer the phone, makes sales, and come out to work on HVAC and plumbing (I also had a drain cleaned a few weeks back); ensure they are professional, courteous, and provide an excellent work ethic. They don't just make you feel like they got your back; they almost challenge you to test it. I reached out to DJ this morning through text and he got back within minutes. This has been my experience with T&G and the reason why they get my business. I'm a valued customer because I pay for valued service support and service from a wonderful company. Thank you T&G and keep up the exceptional work!

These guys are awesome! I had a mini split installed by them in 2020. This year some birds nested in my siding at the opening for the mini split. I called them for help, expecting to pay extra. Instead they sent someone out for free.The technician came out and discovered that the baby birds inside the wall were too small to fly away and offered to come back again in a few weeks. I was blown away by the offer and grateful I didn't have to choose between a free repair and a wall full of dead birds!

Cody was amazing. Very polite and he did a great job. I felt he went above and beyond a standard installation in order to make sure the job was done correctly. We are very pleased with everything. Great job all around!

Serh was awesome!! He arrived on time and quickly got to work on servicing my furnace/ac system. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and kept my house clean. Will totally use again!

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful.
