Steer away!!! Their technician did not see a tennis ball stuck in my downspout drain and claimed that downspout drain was broke and smashed down. I took this pic with my phone. I called to get my hard-earned money back. They wouldn't refund! The guy on the phone was not apologetic at all and claimed they had done everything right.

Brian and Nick offer amazing customer service. They worked with me to get an affordable price, way better than other plumbers. They also went out of their way helping me rehang my hallway closet door and even playing fetch with my dog who insisted on bringing her toy

Replaced drain in bathtub. Attempted to fix faucet by replacing valve cartridge but was unsuccessful due to faulty valve. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have time to replace the valve which was the original request that he discouraged having done. I cannot recommend them as a good choice.

I got home to my thermostat reading 37 degrees after being away for a few days and I needed help in a hurry. A google search turned up several companies and after calling 2 who couldn't make it out until the next day, I gave Quality Comfort Home Services a call. The representative was empathetic to my situation and called the technician who was already out to see if he could fit me in. He could, and he was there within the hour. He was great, got my unit working and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be using Quality Comfort Home Services again and would highly recommend them!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

The reason I'm giving them three stars is because the technician that came out to unclog the drain and he was very professional and did his job I would have gave him five stars but trying to set up an appointment to get a camera ran through after they told me it comes the drain being cleaned out I can get somebody at the office but when they say they're going to return my calls or my secretary's calls nothing ever happens and it's been 2 weeks and we have called them multiple times you would think just out of courtesy somebody from Roto-Rooter would call you

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
