Our water heater broke in the night. They had a team here an hour after I called and a new water heater installed before 3 pm!

Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!
