Rusty Goins at Neyer Plumbing is amazing! On Sunday night, we dropped a tin of lip balm down the toilet drain and on Monday morning Neyer helped us. I'm so grateful they sent Rusty. He was friendly, warm, professional, and honest and he showed up wearing his mask! He clearly explained all the different approaches we could take and the variables and cost involved. We decided to go for removing the toilet to try to retrieve the tin, but Rusty was so skillful with the wet vac that we didn't have to move a thing! He was able to use the hose on the wet vac to get the tin out and he only charged us for a service call. Great work! Great service! I highly recommend Neyer! Ask for Rusty.

We have been using Quality Comfort for a few years after having a negative experience with Hill Air. The technicians and owner at QC have been professional, prompt, fair, and dependable. They are always on top of it when it comes to maintenance and if we ever do have a problem with our furnace, they are able to work us into their schedule very quickly.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We have called them out on multiple occasions for simple repairs, a master shower demo & install and even emergency services. Ethan especially is great to work with. He has been assigned to help us on estimates and emergency repairs. Ethan is always very professional, transparent, and does a great job.

Additionally, Bill, Jordan, and two others (I unfortunately forgot their names), did an incredible job on our master shower and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Pumbling.

I would give them a -10 if I could- DO NOT USE- TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - They were actually recommended to me.
I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.

I seriously cannot believe this company is sent out to do work. Warranty company sends them out, technician is never on time, never responds to messages or calls, needs to order parts for job but won't tell you what they need. Working on a lawsuit against this company and warranty company at the moment because this is laughable and a total scam

Recently, I enlisted Roto-Rooter's services to clear clogged pipes in my kitchen and laundry room, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Adding to my disappointment, the plumber initially claimed they couldn't access the roof to clear the four pipes, despite another company doing so successfully six years ago. He even said that would have been faster and had a better result. However, the plumber later contradicted himself, mentioning they could access the roof with a harness, but a shortage within their company prevented its use. This raised concerns about safety protocols and organizational efficiency. I reached out to the manager, who confirmed their plumbers weren't permitted on roofs but admitted they could access commercial roofs. The next day after water started seeping through the floor after running the dishwasher. I called our appliance repair man and he showed us the water was not coming from the dishwasher or from under the sink. The dishwasher wasn't the cause, and as the issue emerged after Roto-Rooter's work, I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repairman who denied responsibility and claimed we had bad pipes, despite PVC replacements of all our pipes a few years ago. When I requested a camera inspection, he wanted to charge me. Later, the manager, Ross Musa, called and repeated the same, but in a rude and arrogant manner. The high price of $480 to snake a pipe where the avreage charge in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is $75-$125 for minimal work, along with conflicting information from the plumber and manager regarding roof accessibility and safety gear, left a negative impression. The damages they caused, including the pipe they broke with the snake and subsequent water leakage, only added to my frustration. As a business consultant for 52 years, I strongly advise thorough research and exploring alternative options before considering Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs. I would like them to fix the pipe they broke or prove i have bad pipes and refund my $480.000.

They the same tech to take a look at my problem.The technician who arrived at my house turned out to be the very same person who had caused the initial problem. It was a frustrating and unexpected coincidence. When he showed up, he casually asked if I had called Roto Rooter, to which I replied, questioning who had sent him. Seemingly uninterested, he began to head back to his truck.
Once he finally came in to inspect the issue, he confidently stated that my kitchen floor was not leaking. However, he insisted that he turn the water on to properly assess the situation. He poured 15 gallons of water down the sink he said. Still, he maintained that there was no sign of a leak, assuring me the problem was resolved.And than the water coming up through the floor .
I asked him if it was possible for a plumber's snake to crack a PVC pipe. He admitted that it was indeed possible. He insisted that the only way to determine the exact location of the leak was by running a camera through the pipe. I agreed, thinking it would finally put an end to the uncertainty surrounding the situation.
However, much to my surprise, he then informed me that running the camera would come with an additional charge. I couldn't believe it –
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident with Roto Rooter. Numerous complaints had been filed against them for breaking pipes with their plumber's snakes.
Dealing with this situation had left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the service industry and Roto Rooter.

We now have water leaking under the floor it will not dry up even after using a shop vac.

I would like my money back $480.00
