Best Hvac Work in Cincinnati OH

Had them come do a quote for a new waterline . I called and he told me they were waiting on oups before they can quote. But it's been 2 weeks since then and nothing. I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I leave messages and I never get call backs. Wasted my time here, unfortunately.

This is of no value for the money. I had a $53 HVAC maintenance scheduled which I got appointment 1 month after. They Just checked some readings and thats all what was done. No cleaning of or any kind nor any maintenance done as per what was advertised. Definitely will not use their service going forward for maintenance

We used Plumb Tite to do the rough in and final hook up of fixtures on our basement bathroom addition. They took our plans and made it happen, while working with county inspectors and permitting to complete the job at multiple stages. Steve was the lead on our job and couldn’t have been happier with this service. Very experienced and focused on customer service. Highly recommend if you need a Cincinnati or Northern Kentucky plumber!

Very professional and courteous. Answered all questions and explained in detail. They did perform their job without cutting any corners and do detailed work. They take time to explain repair options to you without any pressure. Just seem like overall great people that care!

5 years ago we purchased a heating and air conditioning system from HELP and on December 24 this furnace stopped working during the coldest week in years. We called them and they told us they were booked. We called every day since then and got excuses every day. Finally today (Dec. 27) we called and they said they could come out December 29 between 3 and 5. I know that it was the holidays but I am 70 and my husband is 74 and the people we talked to when we called were not concerned about our welfare at all. I think it was an answering service not their regular call center. On a brighter note - when the two service men did come on the 29th, they were very nice and professional. They were able to fix the problem that day.

I gotta say I’m very happy with my new roof install by Wingate. Matthew was very helpful in our decision making on what best suited our needs. He made it manageable dealing with insurance and making sure he was keeping our best interest in mind while doing so. His crew did a wonderful job and the roof was a one day install which was very nice!

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!
