HELP reached out to me and let me know it was time for the yearly tune up. Which was free since I’m a club member. The tech showed up on time and got the work done in a reasonable time. She even gave me a heads up that a part will need to be replaced within the next couple of years.

My landlord regularly uses this company and this visit from them was exceptionally well. Within 3 hours of my landlord calling they had someone here. Tyler was a pleasure to have as the arriving Plumber. From start to finish he was very thorough, explained every single step along the way to me as the tenant (which he didn’t have to do), and he called the landlord to explain everything to him. Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
