He arrived in a timely manner, and when I had to have him return the next day, he was on time. The return trip was because of a faulty brand new product which I had provided. Zak cleared what we thought was a clog in Septic drain pipe. Ended up that it was still clogged. He returned after hours the next day and resolved the situation. Zak was professional, explained what was going on and truly is a valuable employee.
