Logan replaced a pressure relief valve and installed an Atlas water conditioner in our house. Very happy with the service he provided. I would definitely use Jolly Plumbing again in the future.

I believe the technician's name was Kyle. He was very friendly, very friendly. But the problem I have is, telling them what I needed, that this appointment was scheduled for two hours. When I asked for a ballpark figure I was told by the woman, Well I need to book this for two hours to start with. Really didn't know that I'd get billed for the whole two hours regardless of the actual time. The job took 15 minutes. Definitely not worth $174.00. I got billed for two hours of work for 15 actual minutes. I really thought about saying No. But the tech was really nice and I'd guess it wasn't really up to him. All that because I didn't have the right tool. I knew it wouldn't be good but that amount is ludicrous. I l have other work that needs to be done and I'll be shopping around.

Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it.
