Incredibly unprofessional. Made an appointment with them to have my tub, toilet and sink reinstalled after having my floor replaced. My appointment was for 8:30am and they were running late so I gave them a call to see what was going on. They said that an emergency call came in and that my appointment had been pushed to 10am. I was fine with that, although I wished they had informed me ahead of time. The plumbers arrived at 10:30am and were there only 30 minutes before saying that another emergency happened and they had to leave. The ONLY thing they had done was put the tub back in it’s place. I had made an appointment with this company and expected my work to be completed. If they had been so busy with emergency calls then they should have called me earlier to just reschedule, not just leave me high and dry with my bathroom still out of order. Don’t waste your time dealing with this company.

Howard and Keith did an amazing job correcting issues on our 1906 Craftsman. They updated our plumbing and replaced a water heater expansion tank. The work they did was perfect and was a fair price.

Hot water heat broke in my rental property and water was leaking on to the floor. I spoke with Jared and within 24 hours, the unit was removed and a new one installed. Very professional! Great company to work with and reasonable pricing.

I called to get a quote on a project. I was told that they would be glad to come out to give an appraisal for a fee of $90 (which would be applied to the bill if hired). I explained that I understood why they might charge an appraisal fee and that I would keep them in mind in case I decided to go that route but at this time I was going to hold off. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Thanks for showing your true colors so quickly. Helped me more than you know.

I am sure that Tarvin Plumbing does great work and is likely to be a reputable contractor; However, they should be aware that their front line person answering the phones needs a crash course in customer service skills. Very unfortunate for them.

We called Halpin Plumbing because there was sewage backing up in my brother
-in-law’s basement! We have used them before at our house so we knew Halpin could help! We spoke to Lindsay who called us back very fast especially since it was an after hours emergency call. She was very helpful. Larry came to the house prepared and got the backup to stop! Such a relief! He was awesome and super efficient! They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. He kept his cool and was great. I have never had issue like this or experience water issue. This was my first time and it was beyond nerve racking for me. He found the problem wasn’t Even on my end. I would deff recommend using them there prices are fair. From the moment I called till the moment my business was done with them was handle great. Thank you dalton again!

We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
