Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Dalton was beyond amazing and was super nice and friendly he was able to deal with his work and deal with 3 screaming children 5 and under running around while trying to explain to me what was going on. Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

First time customer, and super impressed - with the attitude and the professionalism of Collin, the plumber who came out for the service call. Good communication, seemed genuinely to enjoy the work, clearly highly skilled, cleaned up after the work. All boxes checked for a top choice! Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part.

She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends.

This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people.
