This is such a great company. We called in the morning and they were able to get Joe out to us around lunch time that same day. Joe was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest and upfront with pricing which was super important to us sticking to our budget. We will most definitely call them next time we need help with any plumbing in our house. (PLUS he likes dogs so that's always a plus when we have two running around.)

Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

Cody arrived timely and well-prepared, with a big smile. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We walked through the issue and he respectfully described the options and costs…then quickly & efficiently handled everything, reviewing the work upon completion to ensure we were satisfied. Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.

Great experience and will definitely use again! When our basement drain started backing up unexpectedly, a local plumbing service I called recommended Roto-Rooter for their jetting services. August our jetting technician, Bill who provided plumbing services, and Doug a supervisor were all fantastic and so professional helping us with what turned out to be a major project to repair a crushed pipe on our property. All the work contracts were clearly and thoroughly explained and we were never rushed or pressured to make a decision. Everyone wore a mask while on the job. Everyone's professionalism and expertise made a major repair less scary. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
