Brandon and Chris and I’m not sure of the other young man’s name were absolutely awesome getting my drain unclogged!!!!!! I was anticipating having to wait until next week for service and haul a bunch of clothes to the laundromat but they were able to get my system back up and running before the afternoon even hit and free up my day so thank you so much best plumbing and staff for your punctuality professionalism and skills!!!!!

Technician came to clean out main line that was clogged with roots. He recommended a costly replacement of the main line which we said we were not interested in at this time. After we declined his offer, he became less friendly, almost huffy. When pulling his line from the drain pipe, he flung refuse into the room and onto my husband, and left quite a mess in the basement at his departure.

Update: Have just spoken with a manager who apologized for the less than stellar experience and offered a refund since we were not satisfied. Thanks to attention to customer experience, we will call RotoRooter in the future.

I had a water main emergency at a home I was inspecting. The water main broke and we were in a panic. Not knowing what to do, one of my collegues said to call Halpin plumbing since he know of them. Believe it or not, they had a technician in the area, about 20 minutes away and he was sent right over. The technician was very pleasant and professional. Although there not much he could do at the time, his advice and analysis was worth the trip. Thank you for you quick reponse.

He came the same day we called and eventually put in a new water heater. He also repaired some corroded plumbing that contributed to the water heater giving out. He does good work. This is the second time we have called him for services and we will use him again.

Michael Homesley came out and installed a new 50gallon, gas water heater. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him and Maximum Plumbing LLC, for all you plumbing needs.

Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

I'll be speaking with David Becker on this. They were contracted to camera a line and provide a flash drive. After the first tech Ryan refused to answer any calls, they sent a second tech Scott - seemed really nice and helpful - camer'ed the line.. They were paid by Credit card for good faith- chased them for over a week for the video ( after Tracie hung up on my supervisor, no returned phone calls, text messages and emails for 2 weeks)...we finally got the video ( with It was let then 30 seconds long and a video of the tech ( he took it off his cell phone!! ).. They refuse to refund the money or respond to any correspondences... I'll be contacting the BBB and reversing / disputing the charges.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

They installed my water heater and assured all connections were secured. Will continue to use on all plumbing needs. I highly recommend!

Terrell is a master of his craft and obviously takes pride in his work. Wish my family could have worked with him, but Choice Home Warranty is terrible.

Recently, I enlisted Roto-Rooter's services to clear clogged pipes in my kitchen and laundry room, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Adding to my disappointment, the plumber initially claimed they couldn't access the roof to clear the four pipes, despite another company doing so successfully six years ago. He even said that would have been faster and had a better result. However, the plumber later contradicted himself, mentioning they could access the roof with a harness, but a shortage within their company prevented its use. This raised concerns about safety protocols and organizational efficiency. I reached out to the manager, who confirmed their plumbers weren't permitted on roofs but admitted they could access commercial roofs. The next day after water started seeping through the floor after running the dishwasher. I called our appliance repair man and he showed us the water was not coming from the dishwasher or from under the sink. The dishwasher wasn't the cause, and as the issue emerged after Roto-Rooter's work, I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repairman who denied responsibility and claimed we had bad pipes, despite PVC replacements of all our pipes a few years ago. When I requested a camera inspection, he wanted to charge me. Later, the manager, Ross Musa, called and repeated the same, but in a rude and arrogant manner. The high price of $480 to snake a pipe where the avreage charge in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is $75-$125 for minimal work, along with conflicting information from the plumber and manager regarding roof accessibility and safety gear, left a negative impression. The damages they caused, including the pipe they broke with the snake and subsequent water leakage, only added to my frustration. As a business consultant for 52 years, I strongly advise thorough research and exploring alternative options before considering Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs. I would like them to fix the pipe they broke or prove i have bad pipes and refund my $480.000.

They the same tech to take a look at my problem.The technician who arrived at my house turned out to be the very same person who had caused the initial problem. It was a frustrating and unexpected coincidence. When he showed up, he casually asked if I had called Roto Rooter, to which I replied, questioning who had sent him. Seemingly uninterested, he began to head back to his truck.
Once he finally came in to inspect the issue, he confidently stated that my kitchen floor was not leaking. However, he insisted that he turn the water on to properly assess the situation. He poured 15 gallons of water down the sink he said. Still, he maintained that there was no sign of a leak, assuring me the problem was resolved.And than the water coming up through the floor .
I asked him if it was possible for a plumber's snake to crack a PVC pipe. He admitted that it was indeed possible. He insisted that the only way to determine the exact location of the leak was by running a camera through the pipe. I agreed, thinking it would finally put an end to the uncertainty surrounding the situation.
However, much to my surprise, he then informed me that running the camera would come with an additional charge. I couldn't believe it –
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident with Roto Rooter. Numerous complaints had been filed against them for breaking pipes with their plumber's snakes.
Dealing with this situation had left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the service industry and Roto Rooter.

We now have water leaking under the floor it will not dry up even after using a shop vac.

I would like my money back $480.00
