Called because our drain was leaking into the crawl space. Day #1 - They send out someone who says he can't work on it but will have someone come out the next day about water cleanup. Day #2 - Water guy (we think that's what he was) comes out and his suggestion is for my husband to cut the plastic in the crawl space and let the water leak into the ground. He does not come with anything to clean up the water. Neither people address the fact that something is causing the leak in the first place. My husband ends up fixing the leak but discovered it was from a clogged drain. Day #3 - call them to have someone come out to flush the drain. They tell me they will have someone out in two hours. I wait 3 and call them back. They said they would have a dispatcher call me immediately. Dispatcher finally calls after 4 hours of waiting with my kitchen completely unusable. I just told them no thanks. I found someone else while waiting. I called them THREE DAYS IN A ROW because they're the experts but they did nothing to help us and left us waiting!!

Do not use Halpin plumbing unless you want to pay for the service to be done TWICE. Not only did they have to cut out parts of my wall to unclog a pipe, it was clogged again in less than a month. When I spoke with the company’s receptionist, she stated that Halpin offers ZERO warranty or guarantee on their work. So not only am I out nearly $700, I had to repair my walls, and now I have to call a SECOND plumber to fix the original problem and potentially repair my walls again. Halpin stated that they would charge me a second time just to simply have their plumber look at the pipe again and not to have any work done. I am very disappointed in the quality of their work and their lack of accountability.

Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!

I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.
