Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

This company charges $99 to just come to your home. The plumber looked at my clogged bathroom sink and said it would be $398 to unstop it plus the $99 for coming. I called another company and it was a total of $93. Don’t be scammed!!

After receiving a second opinion, Charlie tried to tell us that we basically needed a whole new AC system when all he needed to do was clean out the dog hair that was above the filter. He also neglected to tell us that we needed to use better filters. The orifice part that he said would need replaced costs $1.23 but he said it would cost $3,500 to replace it! Nice try you either need to train your techs better and/ or take them off commission. Charlie’s manager will be receiving a call from me Monday morning on May 23rd.
