The guys called first, showed up on time, and solved my problem. A stopped up toilet and tub was caused by none other than Lord Vecna himself and his hive-mind crawly vines that had found their way around my toilet's wax seal and into the drain pipe.This job needed a pro for sure, and I was very happy to pay to remove this enormous gob of roots. Pipes were fine, so they just added root killer at the base of the toilet.

The service I received from Perry Plumbing was very professional. The person who arranged the service call was very friendly and she arranged a time time that was prompt and that worked well with my schedule. She also followed through by calling me 30 minutes before the service person arrived. My service person was Will, a very friendly, courteous and knowledgable technician. Once we agreed on the service was required, he quickly went to work and resolved the issue. Will was very professional, tidy and went out of his way to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend Will and Perry Plumbing.

Fernando at Zoom is truly one of a kind. He is very knowledgeable, efficient and genuinely cares. Prior to working with Zoom (in particular, Fernando), I had previously hired 2 other plumbers which honestly felt like scam artist and gave me inaccurate information. Fernando was the complete opposite. He was honest, reliable and very responsive.

We had a small leak in our master bathroom which was beginning to show up in our dining room below. I called AR and spoke with Fernando about my problem. He sent out two of his guys, Eduardo and Juan, who were already in the Eucalyptus Ridge complex area working on someone else's unit. Eduardo and Juan came in, checked out the situation, and explained to me every thing that was going to take place, and the cost of the job. The job was theirs.
The next day they showed up with tools in hand and ready to conduct business. About mid-way through repairing the leak, I requested they install a walk-in shower for me. Phoned Fernando to inform him of my intentions. No Problem. Mid-way through the shower installation, I requested they replace the present flooring with vinyl. Once again, No Problem.
These guys were amazing. No matter what was asked of them they took care of it. The entire process from inspecting the leak to laying down the vinyl flooring was flawless. The new shower and flooring are awesome.
I am pretty sure I will be using them in the future.

Plumbing is a job for the experts and thats exactly what Primo plumbing is. I called them in a emergency today and they quoted me a price immediately, were honest about what the price may be depending on the situation. My outside sewage line was backed up. I was told by the plumber that they had another call first but then would be out. They showed up earlier than expected and did a great job of finding the stoppage.

They are local and I love to support local business, especially courteous and honest ones like Primo Plumbing.

They were prompt in responding and the electrician came and was amazing and did a great job. The turnaround time was real good and the promptness as well as the pricing. I will use again with any electrical needs.

About May 3rd my house's sewer system had serious clogging issues.. I called Integrity and their man came out the same day. His cure was to use a hydrajet to clean out the entire system. Cost: Over $3,700.00. I was given a 6 month warranty.
Currently I have a totally clogged toilet and the adorning bathtub is also clogged. Over the last 30 hours I have called the man who did the work. I have called the office number twice and I have sent a text message to the company. There have been absolutely no response to any of my requests to call me. Go ahead, ask me if I'm upset. I will update this review if I ever get that call.

This plumbing company helped me without over charging me. I called other companies and I can see the difference big time. Eastlake Water Leak is a company you can trust. To top it off, they got here early and gave me a coupon to save money while the other plumbers from the other companies were trying to charge 2x the price.
