I don't usually do review but this time I am amazed about how total and meticulously this team took care of my clog drain. I definitely recommend Premier Rooter &Plumbing to anyone in San Diego area that needs quality and professional plumbing work.

I am so thankful we called Bill Howe when we found water pouring from our ceiling! They came out immediately, found the problem and repaired it at a fraction of what I thought it would cost!The repair guy who came out was professional, knowledgeable, explained everything and showed me ways I could prevent this problem in the future. And he cleaned everything up before he left! They turned a frustrating day into a great day!

After Bill Howe Plumbing couldn’t clear the line I called Perry Plumbing and they sent out Cameron. He worked hard to diagnose the issue and solve our main line backup. In a couple hours, Cameron did what my previous plumber couldn’t do in multiple days. I really appreciate Cameron and Perry Plumbing! This is the second big job I’ve done with Perry, and they have been very professional. Give them a shot.

Worked with Brian a couple times now. He's quick, fair priced, and honest. And guess what... he picks up the phone! Imagine that... In may experience that's unusual for some reason in this industry.

I had an upstairs toilet leak late Saturday night. I called a few “24 hrs emergency “ plumbers and either got no answer or was told it was a quiet night so they let everyone off. Fernando of ARS answered and said he’d be right over and he was! He stopped the leak, replaced parts, shared friendly banter and was on his way. We were (are) so grateful. He even checked on us the next day and gave us tips on how to fix the water damage. Would definitely use ARS again for ANY plumbing needs, especially for emergencies

I called the company explained what I was looking for, Raul was the person that came out, provided a quote & I agreed for a complete new A/C & Furnace. After 6 six days of what was suppose to be a 3 day job, told me they needed an additional $5,300 for a repair to a line inside the wall, after I noticed a hissing sound in one of the bedrooms & pointed it out.

When I disputed received a $1,200 to $1,800 quote but stated that does not cover the drywall only to cut my wall, repair line, did I say I was told this work doesn't come w/o a warranty.

Tried to reach a Manager, no response yet. So I have a new system that does not work.

Update: Never received a phone call from company. Attached are pics of how my wall was butchered which will cost an additional $500 to repair due to how he cut the drywall. Now I have gotten my attorney involved to reach out to ACE to negotiate covering some of the drywall charges 🤦🏽.
