When your water heater goes, it doesn't warn you, and your house isn't fully functional until it's back. You need somebody capable, responsive and competent. Miguel is all of those things. From being easy to reach in the first place, and on time or early to make the repair, he did it all. He was also extremely personable, which only made it that much better. I am selling my home and a home inspection revealed an active leak from the upstairs bathroom. Escrow was closing in 2 weeks and I needed a repair fast. I called AR Plumbing and Fernando came out on a Friday, gave me an estimate and started the following Monday even though it was a holiday. The source of the leak was identified and repaired the same day. Stucco and drywall access was restored a few days later and looks great. I highly recommend AR Chula Vista Plumbing and Drain.

I called the company explained what I was looking for, Raul was the person that came out, provided a quote & I agreed for a complete new A/C & Furnace. After 6 six days of what was suppose to be a 3 day job, told me they needed an additional $5,300 for a repair to a line inside the wall, after I noticed a hissing sound in one of the bedrooms & pointed it out.

When I disputed received a $1,200 to $1,800 quote but stated that does not cover the drywall only to cut my wall, repair line, did I say I was told this work doesn't come w/o a warranty.

Tried to reach a Manager, no response yet. So I have a new system that does not work.

Update: Never received a phone call from company. Attached are pics of how my wall was butchered which will cost an additional $500 to repair due to how he cut the drywall. Now I have gotten my attorney involved to reach out to ACE to negotiate covering some of the drywall charges 🤦🏽.
