It's been 6 months since Arnett's Water Systems installed my tankless water system. I had considered switching to tankless for sometime and when I was ready, I am glad I hired Arnett's Water Systems! Arnett's Water Systems is family owned and operated. Over the phone Andrea was very helpful and scheduled me in for a free consultation the next day. During my consultation Eric answered my technical questions and gave me his honest and professional recommendation, best fit for my home. The installation went quick and I have so much more room in my garage. I highly recommend making the switch to tankless and hiring Arnett's Water System to do the work.
They installed my Tankless back in 2012. I called with a question on why my hot water was going on and off and Eric helped me out. It was determined it was my new waterhead. He told me how to fix it, and now we are back to enjoying our hot showers. So friendly and ready to help, very professional!

Our tankless water heater stopped working and Arnett's was able to come out that same morning to assess. Found water leak in the unit so had to be replaced. Install was set for next day but later found they could fit it in that same day. The installers were very efficient, professional, and clean with the job. Everyone happy not to have to take cold showers and with their work.

I called Arnetts at 9:30am on Friday morning to get service on a leaking tankless water heater (installed in 2007-8). I was told a technician could be there between 10:30-11:30. Eric showed up right at 10:30, and quickly diagnosed that the heat exchanger was leaking. Unfortunately, the part was no longer made. Eric had the new tankless system installed within an hour. He answered all my questions about the new unit, was very clean in his work, and pleasant to deal with.
Arnett’s installed a new Noritz Tankless water in my home and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service and professionalism. Eric (owner) gave the initial estimate and consultation. Arnett's came out to our house, on the same day we called, to give evaluate our tankless water heater and then give us a quote. They then made it back out to our house the next day, on time, and put in a new tankless water heater. This company is amazing!!!! So glad we know about them!! I will definitely refer them to everyone we know!!
Arnett's fixed a problem I had been having with my tankless water heater for over a year. It turned out to be a quick fix (basically a software glitch, as I understand it), that had stumped two other plumbers and two separate tech support people from Noritz! Anyway, the service was quick and the price was very reasonable.
We hired Arnett's to install our tankless water heater. They did a great job, it was quick and good price. No problems, nice guy.
Owner came out within a hour of phone call, checked out the system that was not working. He then came out the next day and installed a new tankless hot water...was there when he said he would be and first in record time.
I decided to use Arnett's water system, after a friend of mine had his tankless water Heater installed by them over 13 years ago, and it was still going strong.
Tony and Phillip arrived on time and got right to work, and were done in a little over 2 hours. We tested the hot water and as expected the water is first cold, then within 5 or so seconds got to the preset temp of 120 degrees.
I was really impressed with the overall professionalism and courtesy that they provided and I would highly recommend Arnett's Water Systems.

I had to reschedule due to personal errands. The guys came the next day punctual, professional, and did an outstanding job. This is the third time I've been blessed to use this company. Years ago just after having a tankless installed in my own home I happen to stumble across Eric and his wife giving a presentation in Balboa Park. I said I had just had one installed by my long time plumber. As I picked his brain for knowledge I realized that maybe I should have had mine installed by someone with a little more knowledge with tankless. Out of no where Eric said he would stop by and just check everything out. As promised he did and found several things that weren't quite up to par. About a half hour later he announced that I was good to go and now the warranty would be honored. I of course offered to pay him for his time and he refused. I knew from that point forward I would recommend him and his amazing company forever. And I have...many times. I got an urgent call from one of my tenants today that the water heater had basically died. I immediately contacted Arnett's office and by 0900 Philip arrives, access the situation and we both agree that it's time for my new tankless and what the price would be. He contacts his office and within two hours Tony arrives and it's time to get the party started! Within 3 hours ...as promised I have a new tankless, everything is spotless and my tenant is ready to hit the shower. There is nothing not to love about this company!

i had a good experience working with Arnett's Water Systems to install a new tankless water heater since my previous one was faulty over a few months after it just got repaired. The only reason i didnt give them a 5 star review was due to the fact that i was promised to be given a detailed walk through of the servicing procedure instead of receiving $50 off per a yelp promotion, yet when i asked to get the walk through the technician rushed through the process with no clear guidance or instructions.
Eric came over the same day, the following day, the system was installed. Their first install 15 years ago was also seamless. No one else I will call to service or install my hot water systems. Fast, fair, professional.
Eric was at my home within the hour after I called to say my old water heater went out. Once we determined I needed a replacement. He and his crew were out early the following day to do the new install.
He had all the parts in his shop, so no waiting for parts to ship. His crew were very neat and clean and quit freindly. The job was over in 1 hr. They cleaned up well, thanked me and went over service for unit. Very impressed

Unlike others we called, AWS first attempted to repair our malfunctioning 7-yro Noritz Tankless Water Heater (NRC661) but its ignition system still kept malfunctioning. We also have a second one in the attic crawl space that is still working perfectly. As others had recommended, they replaced it. It took about 2.5hrs, less time than estimated. The two technicians sent were on time and highly professional.

I got my water heater replaced by Arnett's back in October, but started having issues with it recently. I called for some advice a few weeks back, which Eric gave me (clogged screen). When I kept having issues with my water heater, I called him up again. He came over the same day, within an hour, and got everything running again. He didn't even charge me for the service. I highly recommend this company!

I met Erik through my motorcycle shop over two decades ago. Not only do I look up to and admire him for his business ethics and professionalism, Eric has become one of my best friends. In fact, Eric hired me to work for him for several years. He and I installed over 400 tankless water heaters together. One of which was my unit, now 12 years old. We recently had a conversation, and he asked if I still had the same unit. The answer was, yes! He was surprised, as followed by recommendations, I have kept it cleaned every year with the vinegar treatment. Probably going to upgrade to the more efficient version soon! I cannot recommend Arnett’s water systems enough. From the customer service, to the excellent work they provided. My water heater was malfunctioning and I called Arnett’s and spoke to Andrea on a Wednesday evening, and they had someone ready to come out the next morning to replace my water heater with a tankless. Tony, the technician did an awesome job. He was professional, and incredibly clean. I could not be happier with my experience.
Eric arrived promptly for the evaluation appointment to get a water softener tank. I appreciated Eric's honesty about what I needed or did not need, rather than give me a sales pitch like I received with some of the other water tank companies. After deciding to move forward with Arnett's Water Systems, I called the office and scheduled an appointment for the installation. A couple of days later, I got a call back saying that there was a misunderstanding because they thought I was going to get a tankless water heater installed. They said they would call me back on Friday to see when they can schedule the installation for the water softener. Friday came and I did not receive a call. Neither did I get a call on Monday or Tuesday. Finally, on Wednesday, I called to see what the status was and they said that it will take time to get the water softener tank ready. I wish they would have called me on Friday like they said they would to update me on the status! A little annoying, but not that big of a deal. A few days later, an appointment was scheduled to install the water softener. On the day of the installation, Tony and Phillip came. They were generally professional and did good work. The only problem I experienced was after it was installed, I ran the hot water to flush out the tank, but it took longer than I expected to flush out the brown water. I was in the upstairs bathroom running the hot water. Meanwhile, in the middle of flushing, Phillip was calling me from the garage but I did not hear him at first from the upstairs bathroom. When I eventually heard Phillip and went to the garage to meet him, I could tell Phillip was impatient with me. Communicate! was what he said. I was a bit surprised by the negative tone in his voice because I thought he knew I was in the house flushing the water, but I guess not. Regardless, I didn't appreciate his impatience and negative tone of voice with me, the customer. I wasn't going pay and let Tony and Phillip leave without seeing clear water coming from the water softener. I asked them if using so much water to flush the tank was normal, but they did not provide a satisfactory answer for me so I kept on flushing the water. It took a large amount of water to flush out the brown water from the water softer - maybe about 60 gallons. Once I saw clear water, I paid, thanked them, and Tony and Phillip were on their way. Overall, the initial evaluation, the actual product and installation were excellent (most important aspects), but I would have preferred better communication/interaction (a phone call on the day they said they would call, and more patience with the customer).

This is the 2nd time we have hired Arnett's for our home water related needs. Arnett's installed our tankless water heater back in 2009, and we had them replace a 20-yr old water softener which had been out of service for quite some time. We purchased a salt-based Naiad S1054 water softening system, and have been happy every step of the way! From our initial phone call to Andrea, to Erik's revisit to our home to provide our estimate, to the actual installation performed by Phillip & Tony, everything was first class, professional, they took great care when removing our old softener and installing the new softener, and the cost for our unit was competitively priced. We were able to schedule our water softener installation within three days of calling in. We had recently remodeled our kitchen, and had a brand new premium dishwasher installed as well as a stainless steel sink. Phillip and Tony hauled away our previous heater and answered all our questions we had regarding the operation of our new softener. We're looking forward to softened water again which we were happy to have been able to restore. Our water in San Diego County is very 'hard', and this Naiad softener will definitely help our plumbing, appliances which have water hookups, as well as our tankless water heater. We highly highly recommend Arnett's for all your water heating and treatment needs!

I’ve used Arnett’s three times to install tankless hot water heaters. About fifteen years ago, Eric Arnett himself arrived and installed a Noritz heater at my home. The install was clean, professional and looked great. In the following years, I’ve had them install Noritz heaters in two other homes, now he has an install crew that also does a great job. Arnett’s is responsive to questions and service issues. They are always on the job and ready to go. We just had a very positive experience with Arnett’s. Phillip came out for our annual tankless hot water heater flush. When he saw calcium deposits forming on the hot water pipes exiting the heater, he asked if it would be okay to remove the cover panel to see how things looked on the inside. He was concerned that it appeared that our system was on its last legs, and if he were to do the flush, it might cause a leak, which he wanted to avoid. He recommended that instead of doing the flush, it would be better to run the system until it dies, and then spend the money on a new system when needed instead. There was no charge for the service today. Phillip was courteous, honorable, and timely. There is no doubt that we will call Arnett’s when it is time to replace our tankless hot water heater.

Arnett's replaced our 10 year old tankless water heater a few weeks ago. There were some issues about the installation and they responded immediately with a fix. They also installed a water softener for us. All in all we're very happy with the results.
This is the 2nd time that I've used Arnett's to install a Tankless water heater (2 different properties). I was just as happy this time as the last with their service. Water heater flush.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Mr. Arnett and his team. I called him on a Wednesday and he met me after work same day to evaluate what we needed to do to repair, in our case replace, our 15-year old Noritz tankless water heater. By Friday the job was completed exactly as advertised. No BS. If I had the time I would go door-to-door signing praises for these folks. If you need your water heater repaired or replaced let me save you some time... these are your guys. Absolutely the best.
Erik came over to do a flush of my 17-year-old Noritz water heater. He noted (correctly) that the unit was on its last legs. He suggested I not pay him the fee for flushing the system, given that it likely would not prolong the life of the old unit. I appreciated his honesty, saving me the money, and instead decided to purchase a replacement unit rather than waiting for the old one to die. The installation happened just a few hours later and took less than an hour and a half, performed by very professional and gracious staff installers. Super happy with their service and will use them again.
Called after-hours when our existing tankless heater stopped working, they were out the next morning to inspect it and by lunchtime we had a new unit installed and hot water flowing. Their work was clean and service was great, would contract again~

I am very glad that I decided to get a tankless water heater from Arnett’s Water Systems. Erik gave me an estimate and explained how the water heater operates. Philip and Anthony removed the old water heater and installed the new one. They were very professional and everything went well. The water heater area is now roomier and I no longer have to worry about destructive leaks.
I researched several companies that sell & service tankless water heaters before contacting Arnett's. I currently have a very dependable, efficient tankless Nortiz water heater. I contacted Arnett's for a descaling and flush, since no maintenance has been done for at least 5 years. The tech, Eric, was on time, polite and professional. After an inspection, he informed me that there was quite a bit of corrosion, and hard water deposits, had compromised the integrity of the valves. A simple flush and desacle was not really practical. Replacement of the valves could cost nearly $800-$1000.
Here's where Eric and Arnett really stood out as far as a honest, reputable, company: He suggested not to proceed with the valve replacement, instead, get the most out of this unit, which could even be up to 3 years, then invest in a new unit. It would be far more cost efficient to extend the current unit, then purchase a new one. I sincerely appreciate Eric's honest advice, while saving me money. Having said that, they will be the the first company I call to install a new tankless, when the time comes! I would like to add, that they didn't even charge for a service call!

Eric was great. Professional and arrived on time (again) for annual flush/descale of the tankless water heater. He's very knowledgable and answered all my questions.
Just had a hot water softener installed. Arnett's did the new tankless last month and now the softener. Excellent service and install.
Within minutes after my call, Eric Arnett responded and fit me into their schedule the next day. Less than 24 hours later, my water problems were in the past. Two friendly guys installed new unit and were efficient, clean, and explained to me all I wanted to know. Use this company, awesome!

Water Heater stopped working (error 11 ignition issue) so I call Arnetts as the business card was still on my 2008 Nortiz Heater. Eric came right out, which was great. I let him know I had a Plummer friend that mentioned there was a good chance the ignitor plug may need to changed. Easy fix but the part will take 3 days to get it. Thus I called Arnetts as I did not want to go 3 days with no hot water. Eric played with the heating pad and plugged some sort of power system up. With in two minutes states sorry bad news the power system its totally shot. He claims he might be able to fix it but he'd have to take the entire system down and take it a part. It would cost $500 to do that and no guarantee it could be fixed. I state the simple solution of trying to change the ignitor plug out once again. He claims to not have the part and assures me that he has been doing this for 22 years. these systems just stop working all the time, States again it's a power issue, no way changing a plug will do anything. He claims to have a new system in the trunk and for $2800 will have it installed in less than one hour. I say thanks but I will get a second option and quote. Glad I did as the part came in (18 dollars) I swapped it out (only had to take 2 screws out and put back in) boom it worked. If I had not had a Plummer friend I would not have had any idea. I have never written a review but felt it was necessary. Crazy that every review is 5 stars for these folks.

Found Arnett's after our tankless water heater stopped working. Called them and Eric the owner came out the same day to look at it. He gave me quotes of repairing or replacing and explained both options throughly. He was super knowledge and friendly. Which made our decison of replacing an easy one. He's workers came out the next day and replaced our broken
water heater within 2hrs. I would highly recommed Arnett's. The price was reasonable and service was exceptional!

Erik Arnett came to my house the same day we called and diagnosed the problems with our 15 year old Noritz. Time for a new one !! Erik had his team at my house the following morning at the scheduled time and a new Noritz was installed within one hour. I would highly recommend this company. Five stars !!
Eric Arnett, who is the owner, came to my home within an hour after my call for an emergency service for my tankless water heater. He did a quick reset and it worked. Eric said to keep an eye on it and if it acts up again, he can come back to flush the system and also do a software upgrade. He didn't even charge for this initial quick service. After two days, the problem came back. I contacted Arnett's Plumming Water System and scheduled an appointment. The system is 6 years old and never had a service. I didn't know that you are supposed to flush the system yearly. This time it took a few days before someone can come out. The work was done quickly and took about 1/2 and hour. Hot water came back and it's actually much hotter than before even though manufacture settings were not changed. Flushing it made a huge difference.

Erik Arnett descaled and updated the software on the two tankless water heaters that he installed for us several years ago. He is very personable and did a thorough and efficient job. We had some questions about other services. Erik took extra time to answer our questions and share his expertise with us. Making an appointment was easy by phone. The person that answered my call was very helpful and friendly.

Glad I chose Arnett's Water Systems as it exemplifies excellence and outstanding service. Eric and his professional team (Phillip and Anthony) installed a new Noritz EZ98 (EZTR50). I decided to switch to tankless water heater after my old gas (storage tank) heater started leaking. After days of researching, I chose the Noritz brand which has Arnett's as among the local certified installers listed in the Noritz website. Eric without much delay replied to my request for a cost estimate Thursday morning. Very accommodating and understanding of customer needs, Eric rearranged their service schedule so the installation may commence Friday morning instead of over the weekend. Removal of the old heater was quick and installation of the EZ98 was without issues. During the operational test, a leak in my existing hot water piping was identified, which the team repaired/replaced with no problem and no additional cost to me. Hot water restored in minimum time. Hot showers are back! Thanks to the professionals at Arnett's. Very satisfied customer here and I will definitely recommend them to my friends. Has my highest recommendation!

My old tankless was wearing out. I called and they came out the next day to check out the old tankless and told me what I already knew, time to replace it. They had the new Noritz in stock and was replaced in two days. Installers were professional and courteous. They showed us all of the features and functions of the new unit. It has been 8 months and it works flawlessly. Great service! Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Love Arnetts for years now, love their tankless water heaters and the service. However the price of the yearly flushing is getting quite expensive for a 15 minute job.
Great business, great people, awesome work!!! I got a salt water softener installed and the product is amazing, our water is soft with no dry spots. Only maintenance is to keep the bin 3/4 full of salt. Bags at home depot or Walmart are less then $5. Install is super clean and our family is very please!! THANK YOU!!

I am extremely impressed with arnett's plumbing! Starting with my initial phone call, they were very honest and walked me through the options for a new water heater and answered all of my questions. They were super fast at helping me out and taking care of my issue. I called sunday night at about 5pm and they had their crew at my house, with the new water heater at 9:30am the next morning. The technicians where prompt and extremely professional! The work was high quality and they left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. I feel like the cost for the water heater and installation work was very fair.
In addition, I will definitely use them when I'm ready for my water softener.

System is a replacement for same type of water heater. New one is terrific. It needed a little tweaking and response by Erik, owner, was perfect.
Called Eric Arnett on Saturday for a problem with a tankless water heater. He scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. He diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it to us—our previous water heater had been installed incorrectly several years ago. The replacement tankless water heater and water softener were installed the same day. Technicians Phillip and Tony were professional, friendly, answered our questions, and explained the operation of both the water heater and softener to us.

Excellent service. My 11 year old tankless water heater died overnight. I called them because I found consistent excellent reviews across different websites. In less than an hour Erik, owner, was in my house to diagnose the situation (new water heater needed). Installers came within 2 hours and did a very professional job removing the old unit and installing the new one. Very pleased and will recommend.
I called various places for replacing my 50 gallon water tank heater with a tankless water heater and they all gave me a very large range for the cost, and also could not come to my house at the same day. Then I called Arnett's Water System and talked to Eric and he provided me with a cost over the phone which was much less than the quotes that I received from the other places. Eric came over to my house the same day and his phone cost estimate did not change after seeing my system. In 2 and a half hours, Eric replaced my 50 gallon tank water heater with the more efficient tankless water heater. I watched Eric do the work, he was very efficient and fast, I could tell that he has lots of experience in doing that.
I am very pleased with my new tankless water heater performance, and its small size as compared to the bulky tank that I replaced.
