Best Electrical Repair in Chicago IL

So grateful for Dex, and Rescue Plumbing for installing my new water heater. Taking care of my elderly parents, and no hot water was a nightmare. Fast and great job!!!

This company came within 2 hrs after my call, fixed the problem when another company tried to overcharge for a simple fix. Great service!

We called for a free estimate, tech came quickly which was wonderful. Gave us a quote to which we agreed to. 30min later tech tells us that we have a hard block and is unable to do the job for the agreed price but but still has to collect half of the agreed quote. This place is a complete scam. If its an easy fit sure they maybe great but if its something different then quoted they are going to charge you either way a hefty price. I called to complain and ask why this wasn't explained before the tech even came out, I got a very condescending manager who asked me so you think we should work for free? That's not what I said I called to ask why your company isn't transparent with the customers. Bottom line the quote isn't free. You have to pay $185 for it or more depending on your quote, and its not a complete diagnostic. Be aware!!

btw they have an F grade with the BBB. Please don't panic and make the same mistake I did and allow these frauds into your home.

Few valves started to leak and I needed them replaced ASAP.

I would not recommend using their service for several reason and based on a recent experience I had with them:
1. The person who came to my place to help with rodding the main sewage was rude and unprofessional.
2. Although I already told him the problem and the fact that the way to get there is through the street main basin, he came over and charged me the consultation fee of 100$ just to confirm what I already told him.
3. They are not honest. He told me the city would not allow using the main basin at all and would fine me 50k$ if we do so. I called Evanston Building Department the next day and they said they usually don’t have any problem with that as long as they get a call and be informed.
4. They are not good at what they do. He didn’t check to see what the other options would be to rod the pipe. He just wanted to get the 100$ and get out ASAP. I called another company an hour later, the evaluated the sewage system in detail and determined a way to get the job done and fixed the issue on the same day (on the weekend).

Dino and Eli ran into numerous surprises in my old Chicago apartment including an active gas line among the wiring and they handled it like pros! They were patient and efficient in fixing all the problems, even the unexpected ones. I would recommend them to anyone.

I could not be more please with my experience with HandiCo. Prior to reaching out to them, I had multiple handyman not show, never return calls etc..I hired HandiCo for minor repairs at 2 properties I manage and from start to finish I received clear communication, professional service and above all accountability. I always find it incredibly hard to find a good plumber. This app not only got me almost 12bids in less than 10min I was able to chat with the pro before I hired him.and he was at my door in and out in 30min. Problem solve. Will use them again

Roger did a great job replacing the caulk in our bathrooms before our new tenant moved in. The process to get setup with someone was very easy. Would recommend Fix it People.

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.
