Called Mr. Burris yesterday to schedule service for my shower today and I was not disappointed! He showed up full of energy, knowledge and know-how! He even showed me how to remove my drain (all my attempts in the past were unsuccessful) on my own! He worked quickly with great professionalism and humor. I highly recommend him!

I have called At Water Plumbing numerous times over the past year and they have yet to disappoint. Recently, they replaced a hot water tank in my basement prep kitchen in a difficult location, needless to say they did a great job and they did it quickly. Replacing a broken garbage disposal and corroded drain pipes.HandiCo did a great job for a very reasonable price. Scheduling went smoothly, and Demond arrived right on time. He was professional and personable, making me feel very confident that he would do the work well. I initially planned to just have the garbage disposal replaced, but he caught the corroded drain pipes and was very up front about the additional work. I had previously had a plumber out to bid on the work who was going to charge over $1,000 and was up selling me on a membership and additional work without giving a good sense of why I needed either. Demond did the work and got the materials (except the new disposal I already had) for just over $200 and rounded down on his time. I’d happily use them again, and will talk to my condo association about using them for other jobs in our buildings.

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.
