Best Water Pressure Problems in Chicago IL

5 stars all the way! These guys saved me on a recent trip to visit my uncle in Niles. I clogged up the shower drain somehow and I had nowhere to turn. I hit the net to find a local plumbing. Rocket Plumbing showed up highly rated so I decided to give them a call.

Anthony came out about an hour later and popped open the drain in minutes. What a life-saver! I'm so glad this saga is over and I can have my weekend in peace.

Seems like this company is hit or miss. I called them to come out and do as assessment of my condo unit prior to renting it out and they were quick, seemingly thorough and it was free! They didn't find any issues in my unit - great. I called them the following week to assess a leak in the ceiling of the retail space below our building's units. I spoke to the owner on Saturday and discussed having someone come out to look at it Monday morning. As of Monday morning, I hadn't heard from anyone so I called around 10am to see what time frame I was looking at. Obviously no one was planned to come out, so they sent someone and they arrived within the hour. As they arrived, I was told by the crew that it would cost $285 for them to set up a ladder and remove 1 ceiling tile to be able to see where the leak is coming from. After that, I basically had to stalk the owner to send us an estimate for any work that would have to be done. We had him look at another item (booster pump) that needed to be removed and capped too, since I had already paid $285 to have someone there. They said the work was too commercial because it was copper pipes and said they would not do the job. Keep in mind their truck, sweatshirts, and website says residential AND commercial - AND FREE ESTIMATES. After hounding them down for a full day, the owner told me they do not want to take on the commercial part of the work. Then, I asked if there was a chance they would cut the drywall to find the source of the leak that they may decide the work is too commercial and refuse to do it. At that point, he suggested I find another plumber who does commercial and residential work to have the work done. So much for my $285 that I have nothing to show for...and no refund offered, obviously.

Long story short: if you have MINOR residential repairs or issues, they might be okay. But if you live in Chicago and it's anything related to a building issue, STEER CLEAR!

When my workshop drain started spilling onto the floor. I called Goode Plumbing and they set up a same day service call. Mike K. and his right hand man Jared quickly evaluated the situation and cause of the back up and cleared things out from several locations in my business’ building. Once completed they took the time to thoroughly test the entire system to make sure they had accomplished the job fully, they demonstrated the successful clean out to me with a flow test and my shop floor is now clear of standing water thanks to their diligent efforts.

Professional. Our heating and cooling company recommended Vanderbosch when we had an emergency on a Sunday morning. This was the only company (the company we usually use did not return our call in addition to other larger local companies) who returned my call and talked us through how to immediately stop the retainer tank leak, which was spraying water. A few days later someone came out to service it and explained everything about the hot water tank to us and gave us options. They were reliable and on schedule.

Jorge came out very quickly to fix my leaky water heater and was super knowledgeable and professional. Great service from these guys!

I highly recommend Zuniga's Plumbing. Walter is very knowledgeable and cooperative and helped me with many issues from minor repairs to updating the plumbing on a gut rehab and working with the city to fix sewer issues. I had a previous plumber cause so much damage and Walter was able to come in and fix his mistakes. Zuniga's is the real deal:)

I can't say enough good things about John Love and his team. We had a very bad situation in our basement and John was able to come over the same day. Because it was such an emergency, he rearranged some thing so that he could address it for us immediately. He has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and has been helping us stay calm the whole time. He even helped us find contractors to address the issues caused by our plumbing problem. We feel lucky to have found him! Thanks John!

This company is good; professionals is what they are. They were punctual and courteous. They went deep into the problem. Price was a blessing to me. I highly recommend them.

We had a big project to do - total gut rehab of an old Chicago greystone. REI worked with my contractor and got things done! There were no project delays with REIs work! Donal was in regularly checking on quality and timeliness. Donal even taught my GC a thing or two! 10

I had a big problem at home with completely clogged bathtub. That was in the evening and we couldn't even use it. I called this company and the plumber named Ben came and did the miracle job. I say miracle, because there was a problem with access to the pipes, since we live in quite old building.Ben, as well as the office lady were very nice and professional. The whole service was fast and they were courteous enough to waive some fee for us.I will definitely call the again if any plumbing issue should occur in the future!

They came over to replace the toilet flush valve and to repair leaking shower valves. This is as simple as it gets as far as plumbing goes.
They used no parts and were there less than 2 hours.
They charged $724.15..... RIDICULOUS!
