Jorge and Jan were great to work with. They were responsive and professional. Jan was great with scheduling and clearly knew what he was talking about. Jorge was efficient and helpful, exceeding expectations. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Geoff from Rocket Plumbing did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, gave me advice about my situation and provided options to complete the job. Ultimately, I had to replace an ejector pump and sump pump. Both are functioning great and much quieter than before.

The gentleman that made the initial visit was Alex. I didn't see his name on the list but he is definitely the reason why I chose to work with this company. His professionalism and personality made me feel like I was dealing with someone very trustworthy. This pricing was high for my taste but Alex assured me it was worth it because of the guarantees and high quality materials being used. I have yet to get the work done but so far A+ on the customer service and promptness.

I paid $ 150 just for the fact that he came with a tablet and shoe covers. They don’t talk about the price on the phone. Then they counted me a huge amount for regular cleaning. It was cheaper for me to refuse and pay $ 150. We called another plumber, without a tablet and shoe covers, he did everything for $ 100. I was not going to write a bad review, but they themselves recalled and asked to write a review.

Very quickly scheduled service and took care of the issues - well actually the plumber balked at fully investigating an issue in the basement which I thought was reasonable, a repair requested by the buyer of the condo and other findings kinda made it not necessary. I was hoping to get their invoice and findings to the buyer quickly so if they did still want it done we'd have plenty of time.

Unfortunately it is now 2+ weeks from the service and have yet to receive the invoice. Called and emailed several times to ask for it, explaining why I need the invoice. They charged my credit card and everything over a week ago.... still no invoice. Today they called and still haven't sent an invoice but tried to charge my credit card a second time for service.... At best this is a really disorganized business at worst they're operating a scam here trying to double charge people. If you did get service from them I'd check your card statements again

I woke up to a busted shower that wouldn't shut off. I called Matt, and he answered immediately, arrived quickly, and diagnosed/fixed the problem on the spot. Suffice it to say - I will be calling Full Circle for all of my future plumbing needs.

These guys are pros. Replaced a faucet and did some sink repairs back in July, hired them again to install a disposal today. They were very professional and were here within hours. Recommend them to anyone in the area looking for plumbing work. A+

He did both and charged me only for one. He's a third generation business owner and it shows in his professionalism, honesty, and respectfulness.
