Best Washing Machine Repair in Chicago IL

My sump pump died. Tech came on time. Provided an estimate and proceeded to place order for parts. He came back about an hour later installed the new system and was done with the entire job in under 3 hours. He also provided other suggestions about modifications to my home's rain water drainage to help alleviate the issue occurring in the future. He was great.

Each time I used Chicagoland Quality Plumbing I was 100% satisfied.
They are professional and extremely reliable and knowing they will always answer my call especialy in an emergency gives me great peace of mind.

I called Plumbers 911 for a clogged tub. The plumber showed up when promised and did a great job, quickly with no hassles or mess. I will definetly use them again when i need a plumber.

I would never use Walter for a large job. He ended collecting over $30,000 in prepayment for a job I've been trying to get him to complete for 6 1/2 months now...

If you're foolish enough to trust this man with money, make sure you have everything in writing including firm prices, timelines, and consequences or be prepared for heartache.

He just sent me an invoice 7 months after starting the job with drastically different prices than what was agreed to ahead of time. It looks like I have to take him to court. Apparently, I'm not the first customer that's had to pursue legal recourse against Walter.

He will try and take advantage of you if you trust him. Make sure everything is explicitly stated and written down or be prepared to have Walter Zuniga and Zuniga Plumbing exploit you.

I would not recommend using their service for several reason and based on a recent experience I had with them:
1. The person who came to my place to help with rodding the main sewage was rude and unprofessional.
2. Although I already told him the problem and the fact that the way to get there is through the street main basin, he came over and charged me the consultation fee of 100$ just to confirm what I already told him.
3. They are not honest. He told me the city would not allow using the main basin at all and would fine me 50k$ if we do so. I called Evanston Building Department the next day and they said they usually don’t have any problem with that as long as they get a call and be informed.
4. They are not good at what they do. He didn’t check to see what the other options would be to rod the pipe. He just wanted to get the 100$ and get out ASAP. I called another company an hour later, the evaluated the sewage system in detail and determined a way to get the job done and fixed the issue on the same day (on the weekend).

I think it a scam, had me to come to this location, i went before, and the same people was acting as if they were looking for work, they are working together, do not give your bank information, go buy a prepaid card, they will tell you a prepaid card will not work, if bank you give your bank information, they going will rob you blind, BEWARE, FOR REAL,,, i believe when come out they was real, but business is at standstill, so now i believe, that it a scam, trying to get people bank information. Please BEWARE., AS I SAT IN CLASS THE HOLY SPIRIT, SHOWN ME, THEY ALL TOGETHER

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.

Consumer beware. Poor quality work and business ethics.
