I needed a toilet to be replaced, I called up to 15 different plumbers. All of them were overpriced, and none of them I trusted. I then found his information and called him. He gave me a fair quote right off the bat, and that told me right there that he was about being good to people. Eric replaced my toilet quickly and efficiently. I will refer him to my friends and use his services myself time, and time again!

Henry does great work, is prompt, and is a nice guy. He made the time to do two afterhours jobs for us - an outdoor spigot replacement/install and a kitchen drain repair. He completed all the work on the same day and stated late to make sure everything got done properly.

I've hired Walter many times over the past two years and have been happy with the service and value he's provided! He has completed a re-piping job in the past and recently completed a project that was causing water damage from my second floor washroom down to a first floor bedroom. I called him on Friday, he was out same day and after coordinating with my tenants, job was done by Tuesday afternoon. I will continue to hire for future plumbing jobs!

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.

Do not hire this company! They will take your money and not fix the real problem. In addition, John is very rude and condescending. I’m glad he’s able to afford $1k toilets throughout his home.
After charging $2,500 one day for a laundry room leak/backup, returning the next day for a backup they caused in downstairs unit in both bathtubs, charging $750 to look at that issue and clean bathtubs, shutting off water to a toilet after saying it was leaking and giving a $1300 quote to replace toilet, saying backups were our fault for not taking care of the issue earlier, and finally writing up a quote for another $12k to tear up driveway, replace drainage pipes, and put a new clean out.
Why were we charged all the previous charges if John learned what the issue was at the beginning?
Update: Hired a new plumber. A true professional. Eric Carlson from Precision Today. From the beginning, he gave options, explained everything, and fixed the issues in two days.
