Best Tankless Water Heaters in Chicago IL

I called first Chicago climbing to do an inspection for me, Pete and Noah explained to me everything I needed to know about the homes systems to feel confident in whatever decision I make. Very knowledgeable, transparent and professional I was very grateful for the insight the two provided me as well as their patience with my many questions.

5 Stars all the way!!! I called Rob, last spring, to see about options for some kind of flood control for my basement. I liked that he offers several different options depending on the individual situation. Though I knew I would probably hire Rob after our first phone conversation - he doesn't come out for free estimates. He actually cables the sewer line to locate everything pertaining to the job. I brought him in last - since I knew my sewer line needed some rodding anyway.

I talked to 5 different companies, 4 of which gave me detailed estimates. My instincts were correct to hire Rob. He came out with John on a Saturday to do the evaluation and rod our line. They thoroughly explained everything with our current systems and the best solutions. We decided to go with a 'modified overhead sewer system. The basement drains, toilet, and washer/dryer are no longer connected to the city sewer line. They now drain into an ejector pit which pumps the waste water up to the main stack. Sewer will never flood my basement. I think there needs to be 6 feet of water outside in order for gravity to push the sewage up to my first floor..

Rob called with the estimate 2 days later - gave me the price $6000. After talking to the other companies, I was ready to pull the trigger on this one. Great news was they could start tomorrow.

They showed up on time ready to work (Jermaine and Ed). Friendly and hardworking. Worked all day excavating the basement floor. After 1 or 2 days we talked to Rob about having some rough in plumbing so we can build a bathroom down there. They threw that in for $1500 and also moved my Hot Water Heater and added an extra floor vent. This was a big job and every one of the workers were first rate - Jermaine, Ed, John, Luke, and of course Rob. Job took 5 days.

Communication with Tom, in the office, was also pleasant.

Excellent job by all of them - I couldn't be happier. And they finished a couple of days before our first big rain - I slept easy that night.

Thanks Rob! Hope to see you soon - we want to upgrade some of our old plumbing lines and of course get started on that bathroom.

From the assessment, these plumbers were able to diagnose that the previous plumbers had messed up on all my new pipes and they needed to be replaced. They gave a rough estimate and proceeded to do the work. It was beautiful and I recommend what thye do.

José arrived early (after checking I was available). He reviewed the job, provided a cost, left for about 40 minutes for parts and returned to complete the job, for a total time of 2-3 hours. José appeared to be skilled at the work, acted professionally and cleaned up afterwards.
Job was to replace a section of pipe under the sink for a total cost $375.

I called on a Friday afternoon. Chas was at my house shortly after and fixed my problem. Excellent customer service and follow up from the office as well. I’ve found our new go-to plumber!

I generally do not write reviews for companies unless I am satisfied with them. I did, however, feel slighted by this company today and chose to write this review to provide honest feedback for them in their client interactions and for anyone potentially seeking them for service.

Our initial call with Right Away was easy ad prompt. I had a plumber come out and then after reviewing the costs and problems, decided to use them because of their initial quick response. I scheduled the earliest appointment which was to be today.

This afternoon, less than two hours before my scheduled time, I received a call from not the plumber or the scheduling manager, but a woman asking me if I wouldn't mind rescheduling. I said no, as I had waited for this appointment, and she said she'd call back trying to make my appointment happen. She then called back to let me know they couldn't, and when I voiced my upset at their lack of scheduling priorities or awareness, she said there was an emergency and that took precedence (although not in those words, Celene was in my opinion very curt and rude and lacking esteem for the clientele).

While I do realize sometimes emergencies happen on a companies end as well, I do not appreciate when I am made to feel like other people's plumbing issues are more important than mine, especially when I did my due diligence to schedule in a timely manner. Not only that, but to have it be so last minute to get the notice didn't allow me the day to look for other alternatives.

Sometimes businesses don't go out of their way to keep to their schedules or to their word, or try to find a creative solution to scheduling conflicts. For example, while I can understand that a plumber is delayed at a previous job - if it was my company, I would then ask that plumber to do a later day that day and work the next job nonetheless to try to take care of all the customers on that date that were promised time. I do not appreciate Right Away Plumbing, who I chose partly because of their namesake, delaying my services because they lack awareness of a customer's needs.

I am waiting for Tony the manager to call me back - if I hear anything positive from this company I will update my review. For now, I do not recommend this plumbing company.

We live in a vintage three flat that has some quirks. We had a leaky faucet that three other plumbers had no idea how to fix. James from Power was able to get creative and figure out a solution. Highly recommend their services.

Communication was great between setting up an appointment and the plumber keeping us up to date on their arrival. Geoff came out and gave us an assessment and was able to service our issue on the spot. Definitely would recommend!

Added a powder room on the first floor of my house and Sam came and assisted with layout and installation of the toilet and sink. He is very professional and fast. They came over to replace the toilet flush valve and to repair leaking shower valves. This is as simple as it gets as far as plumbing goes.
They used no parts and were there less than 2 hours.
They charged $724.15..... RIDICULOUS!
My mother in law got these guys out of a church bulliten, thinking they must be honest.
