I love Nick #3444. He was unbelievably fast, clean, thorough, and informative. Thank God Nick came on a Sunday morning at 9:00!I have never seen a plumber works as efficiently as Nick did. I thought I would be home all morning. Nick was, not only professional, but also very honest. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter in a heartbeat, especially if you want immediate service. I requested service to my sump pump on Saturday afternoon and Nick was at my door the next morning!! Because I relocated from California, I was anxious about a reputable plumbing service. NOT ANYMORE.....

I reached out to Apex Plumbing & Sewer Inc. a few days ago for two clogged drains in my building. What was explained to me as a routine rodding quickly turned into a flooded kitchen and water damage to my basement.

Apex refuses to accept responsibility for the water damages caused by their technician ($1,700) and instead offered me a credit of $150. I refused their offer and will be perusing alternative means of compensation for their damage.

I was fortunate enough to take video and photo evidence of damages at the time of the accident and will use them to help defend myself. In addition, I made sure the technician documented the water damage in the plumbers report.

I believe that a competent plumber would have understood of this risk while the work was being preformed, explained this risk to a homeowner, and provide an opportunity for the homeowner to accept the risk before beginning the work.

I hope this review helps other homeowners make their own decisions on whether or not they should choose Apex Plumbing & Sewer Inc. for plumbing services.

a time he will be at my house and he was
on time very respectful very nice very
helpful he pumped my catch basin and
the price was affordable. Then I had a
flood so i called Mike again and he came again and he came
with another man name Mario also respectful very nice and helpful them 2 2gether they get and do there job very well they walked around the property did camera viewing
and told me why i got flooded in the first
place them 2 men are the best they fixed
my flooding problem for the time being til the city fix their problem first then after that I will be calling Mike again cuz they are the best and i
will recommend this company 2 any1 that needs a

Emergency - basement flooding

After some heavy rains my basement started flooding. I had no idea what to do so I googled a plumber and came across Apex Plumbing. I saw all of the good reviews and pleased customers so I gave them a call. I could not have been happier with my decision. Everyone I spoke with was professional and nice. They got to my home fairly quick, diagnosed the issue, and got to work. It wasn’t too long after and my basement was water free. The pricing was pretty reasonable for the great care I received. If you have similar issues, or any plumbing related issues period, give Apex a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Sam at Chicago Water Heater was responsive to my initial call even though it was in the evening and has done a great job remaining and upgrading our hot water heaters and sump system. He provided us solid recommendations based on our particular situation with no efforts to up-sell products we didn’t need.

Horrible:
- Arrived very late. Service was scheduled for 10am, and they didn't arrive until 12pm. No time window was provided, either
- Unresponsive. The manager was supposedly always in a meeting and couldn't answer the phone
- Lack integrity. While the plumber was present and had already inspected the issue, I was told a repair would require switching a standard Chicago faucet. An hour later, the story was switched to needing a special order faucet
